My online personal training and nutrition programs are customized plans to each individual I work with. There are no cookie cutter plans here. Everything is tailored to you. This is all about you. With an open line of communication between you and I each week, I stay updated on what you liked and what you didn’t like from previous weeks, so that I can tailor the next week’s plan according to your feedback.
I want to make sure you find a workout you like. I want this to be your “me time.” I want you to have fun with it. I want you to discover that you are capable of more than you know, and I want you to feel empowered!

- Weekly workout plans
